Als truckmanager stuur je onze crews aan, til je de kwaliteit omhoog en zorg je dat alles klopt, van de mise en place tot de sfeer en de snelheid. Je werkt mee in de keuken, maar jij bent degene die de lijnen uitzet. Op festivals, events en zakelijke cateringen ben jij het gezicht van Vietnamama.

Wie zijn wij?

Vietnamama serveert sinds 2014 Vietnamees streetfood op festivals, bedrijfsevents en in onze vaste keuken in de Down Town Gourmet Market in Eindhoven. We zijn een groeiende organisatie waar initiatief wordt gezien en gewaardeerd. Onze mensen komen altijd op één.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je bent stressbestendig, sociaal en leert snel

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Aansturen en motiveren van het team

  • Nieuwe medewerkers inwerken

  • Voorraad bewaken en inschatten

  • Contact houden met opdrachtgevers en andere foodtrucks

  • Toezien op hygiëne en voedselveiligheid

  • Mise en place en festivalverloop soepel laten lopen

  • Zelf meedraaien in de keuken

Het welbekende lijstje:

  • Minimaal 2 weekenden per maand beschikbaar (vr t/m zo)

  • Minimaal 2 jaar horecaervaring

  • Fysiek en mentaal sterk genoeg voor lange dagen

  • Flexibel, stressbestendig, communicatief sterk

  • Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

Are you excited to lead a great team at the best festivals this summer?

As a Truck Manager, you lead our crews, raise quality standards and make sure everything runs smoothly, from mise en place to atmosphere and speed. You work in the kitchen yourself, but you are the one setting the direction. At festivals, events and corporate catering jobs, you are the face of Vietnamama.

Who are we?

Since 2014, Vietnamama has been serving Vietnamese street food at festivals, corporate events and in our permanent kitchen at the Down Town Gourmet Market in Eindhoven. We are a growing organization where initiative is noticed and appreciated. Our people always come first.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are stress-resistant, social and quick to learn

  • You can cook, roll, sell and lead a team

  • You help with the build-up and breakdown of festivals

  • You have a love for Asian cuisine, especially Vietnamese

What are your responsibilities?

  • Leading and motivating the team

  • Training new team members

  • Monitoring and estimating stock

  • Communicating with clients and other foodtrucks

  • Ensuring hygiene and food safety

  • Making sure mise en place and festival flow run smoothly

  • Actively working in the kitchen

The well-known checklist:

  • Available at least 2 weekends per month (Fri–Sun)

  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality

  • Physically and mentally fit for long days

  • Flexible, stress-resistant and communicative

  • Strong sense of responsibility

  • A spontaneous and energetic appearance
